Driving Measurable ESG Impact

Programma 3 (P3) is a reserved Alternative Investment Fund established by RCM Venture Capital S.R.L. (“RCM Capitale”), designed to integrate sustainability at the core of its investment strategy. The Fund actively promotes environmental and social characteristics across its portfolio companies in accordance with Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 (SFDR).

Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), P103 prioritizes investments that advance gender equality, foster decent work and sustainable economic growth, strengthen innovation and infrastructure, reduce inequalities, and contribute to climate action. The Fund invests exclusively in companies capable of delivering measurable progress in these ESG-related areas.

To ensure consistency and accountability, RCM Capitale applies a rigorous investment framework that includes comprehensive pre-investment screening, structured ESG due diligence, and ongoing monitoring throughout the holding period. The promotion of environmental and social characteristics is assessed through clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), developed in reference to the relevant SDGs and supported by internationally recognized impact measurement methodologies, including the B Impact Assessment framework.

ESG data are collected directly from portfolio companies or, where necessary, derived from reliable public sources and structured estimations. RCM Capitale actively supports portfolio companies in strengthening their ESG reporting capabilities to enhance both the quality and transparency of sustainability data over time.

RCM Capitale exercises a high degree of diligence over the Fund’s underlying assets, with particular focus on:

• Continuous promotion of environmental and social characteristics
  
  

• Adherence to robust governance standards and best practices
  
  

While the Fund has not designated a specific benchmark index for assessing the attainment of these characteristics, Programma 3 reflects a forward-looking, impact-driven investment philosophy that combines disciplined financial performance with measurable environmental and social value creation.
